What is Footprints?Footprints is an exciting new community walking programme aimed at improving health, fitness and wellbeing by offering local walking opportunities and exercise as part of everyday activity. All of the walks are free, fun and easy. They are a great way of getting to know your local area and meeting new friends.Walks start week beginning Monday 5 January 2008 and the weekly programme will be as follows: Venue: Westminster Community Centre Day: Every Thursday Time: 10.15am-11.15am Venue: Overpool Community Centre Day: Every Thursday Time: 12.15pm-1.15pm Venue: Wolverham Community Centre Day: Every Friday Time: 10.15am-11.15am All of the walks are free, fun and easy. They are a great way of getting to know your local area and meeting new friends, so come and join us walk our way to better health.
Become a Footprints member now!!!In order to access the services offered by the Community Walking Programme, you need to become a Footprints member. Membership is free and is available to anyone who lives or works in Ellesmere Port. Simply download the Footprints Community Walking Programme Application Form here or contact the centre for a form. You will be issued with a membership card and a unique member number, which will help us to track your walking journey with you all the way.
